RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Pinknbluebaby.com. Please make your selection carefully, as many of our products are made to order. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved returns will be refunded for the product cost only, excluding original shipping fees, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging and saleable condition. We cannot accept any returns requested after 7 days from delivery.
Non-returnable items include:
– Sale items
– Custom or personalized items, including custom colors (non-default), reversed designs, size changes, or any customer-requested modifications
– Made-to-order products
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please email clear photos of the product and the original packaging as proof of damage or defect. Approved damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost.
All of our products are made to order; therefore, exchanges are not available.
Return Shipping & Labels:
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels, including for items purchased at full price. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and all returns must be sent with a valid tracking number. Returns sent without tracking may not be refunded. Poorly repackaged items that arrive damaged may be refused and not refunded. If a returned item is found to be unusable, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund.

Shipping
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship within the United States using USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS, unless otherwise arranged. Insurance is generally included, and tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. All products are made to order. General turnaround times range from 1–4 business days depending on the product and quantity. Most orders ship within 72 hours after payment is received.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO
We ship internationally. Most listings already include international shipping costs. If you have questions or need a quote, please contact us before placing your order.

Wallpaper Return Policy
All wallpaper products are 100% made to order. Returns are accepted only for damaged items. If you receive damaged wallpaper, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Returns or claims made after 5 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Additional Product Information
All removable wall decals are designed for smooth, flat wall surfaces only. We are not responsible for issues caused by textured walls, wood, glass, or other non-smooth surfaces. Decals may not adhere properly to LOW VOC or NO VOC painted walls. If you are unsure whether decals will work on your wall or need guidance regarding primers for VOC-painted walls, please contact us here.
