Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Please make your selection carefully. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your item, please get in touch with us within 7 days. We will refund your full payment except for the shipping cost if the product comes back unused and in original condition. We can not accept any return over 7 days after purchase. We also can not accept custom-ordered items, custom color parts (not default, reversed, changed sizes). If you receive an item damaged, please get in touch with us immediately (within three days). Please email the proof of damage or defect with photos of the package and product, and we will replace it at no cost. All our products are ordered to make, so the exchange is not available. Returned products must be sealed in original packaging and saleable condition. You are responsible for all return shipping costs with a tracking number. Returns without tracking may not be refunded. Once we receive the item found to be unusable, we may reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount. Poorly repacked items that arrive damaged may be refused and not refunded. We want you to be happy with our products so please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. 



Shipping within the US, we use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS unless otherwise arranged. Insurance is generally included, and tracking information will be emailed once the package has shipped. All our products are made to order. General turnaround times are 1~4 days depends on product and quantity. However, most orders are shipped within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the order with payment.


We ship internationally! Most of our listings already include the shipping cost for international orders, but please get in touch with us for a quote if you have any questions. 


Transit times for International orders vary by the destination countries. You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers.  Please get in touch with us if you have need express shipping information.


International shipments are subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country, in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the shipping couriers. These charges must be borne by the recipient. Pinknbluebaby has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.


We also can ship via EXPEDITE shipping service with extra cost. Please contact us if you have question.

Wallpaper Return Policy

If you receive damaged wallpaper items, please get in touch with us immediately (within three days from the receipt). Then, we will replace it at no cost. We can not accept the return for damaged items over five days from the package delivered date. Cancelation of your order must be made within 24 hours from the ordered date. All our Wallpaper products are 100% made to order, so only accept the return for damaged products. 

Additional Product Information

All our removable wall decal products are specially designed for all flat wall surfaces. We're not responsible for any problems with decals on any textured wall, woods, glasses, etc. All removable wall decal also will not stick on LOW VOC, or NO VOC painted walls.
